Return Policy
At Beauty Omelette, we want you to love everything you purchase from us! However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help make things right. Please take a moment to read through our refund policy, so you know what to expect.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging (unopened, sealed, and in resellable condition).
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process your return.
2. Refunds
If you’ve returned your item in accordance with our policy, we’ll process a refund. Here's how it works:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming your refund.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, it may take a few business days for the amount to show up in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you’d like.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Sale items or products purchased with a discount code (unless faulty or damaged)
- Opened, used, or damaged products (except in cases where the product is defective or damaged during shipping)
- Gift cards or items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at belleomelette@gmail.com with:
- A picture of the damaged or defective item
- Your order number
We'll make sure to resolve the issue by offering a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
6. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, simply reach out to our Customer Service team at belleomelette@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for the return (if applicable)
Our team will respond promptly with instructions on how to return your items.
7. Shipping Costs
If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind or incorrect order, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. However, if your item is defective or damaged, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
